Dear Joey, Johnny and David,
With a heavy heart, sending my condolences to the Murphy family for the loss of your Mother.
My fondest memories of Cioci Eleanor were her bubbly laughter that filled the room with joy and her endless energy as she always managed to take care of her family and household while working long, hard hours at her job.
I was fortunate to grow up on 7th Street with your family just down the block and I recall spending lots of time playing over at your house, always underfoot of Cioci Eleanor as she tried to do her housekeeping, but she never minded us kids running all around , just being kids. I treasure those childhood memories of her and her always-welcoming smile.
My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time…..your cousin from California, Linda Koziol

I am so sorry to hear about Cioci Eleonore’s passing. She was Dad’s youngest sister and she really loved my Father. I will always remember Cioci as a happy person, quick to laugh. I haven’t seen her for several years, but always appreciated her (and David) making the trip to Illinois when Dad passed. Another happy memory is when my Mom and Dad were staying at my Uncle Bernard’s. It was Dad’s birthday and Cioci Eleonore and some of the other Aunts and Uncles sang Happy Birthday to him in Polish. I will keep you all in my prayers.

To all of the Murphy family, I remember talking with Mrs. Murphy at the music events at Carpenter State Park. She would talk about our kids and we would laugh at all of the experiences we had as mothers. She enjoyed being out and about. Sorry we were unable to attend services. Andrea and Bob Bower
