Glenn John Lang, age 65, of Saint Georges, DE, passed away on Monday, January 3rd, 2022 of Covid with underlying health conditions.

Glenn was born in Wilmington, DE, on October 25th, 1956 and he was a son of John and Johanna (Vallo) Lang as well as his brother Brian Lang.

Glenn was a faithful Husband, supportive Father, and loving Pappy. He worked for Delmarva Power until retirement in 2010 in job that he loved as a Power Plant Control Room Operator. He was an enthusiastic hunter, sportsman, loved the outdoors and was an avid collector. He loved his family who were his whole world. His number one priority was his family.

Glenn is survived by his wife, JJ. (Joanne Lam) Lang; sons, Jason Andrew Lang, Travis Matthew Lang, and Garrett John Lang; daughter, Stacey Ann Lang-Slater; 3 daughters through marriage of Marta R. Santobianco-Lang, Charla Rea Williams-Lang, Brenda Kay Swayne-Lang; and 7 grandchildren, Garrett John Lang, Jr, Kalissa Rea Lang, Dezmend Bobby Slater, Dimitri ODell Slater, Rheagan Charles Lang, Aubrey Elizabeth Lang, and โ€œLTโ€ Travis Matthew Lang, Jr.

A visitation for family and friends will be held from 5 pm until 7 pm on Thursday, January 13, 2022, at Spicer-Mullikin Funeral Home, 275 East Main Street, Middletown, DE. A funeral service will be held at 11 am on Friday, January 14, 2022 at the funeral home. Face coverings will be required for all those in attendance regardless of their vaccination status. Interment will follow in New St. Paulโ€™s Cemetery, Delaware City, DE. The family requests guests to wear casual clothing.
