Harold S. Wilborn

Mr. Harold S. Wilborn, age 90, formerly of Newark, DE, passed away on June 9, 2012 in Dunn, NC.
Mr. Wilborn served in the United States Army and Air Force for 21 years receiving various commendations, including the World War II Victory Medal, before retiring in 1963. Prior to his enlistment, he worked for the Phillip Morris Tobacco Co. in Virginia and ended his career at the General Motors Co. in Wilmington, DE.
Mr. Wilborn was preceded in death by his two sisters, Stella and Florence; a daughter, Judith Wierzbicki; and grandsons, Billy Hash Jr. and Joseph Farnan, Jr. He is survived by his wife, Glenna G. Wilborn; daughter, Delores Elliott; grandchildren, Kellie DiMaio, Lonnie Hash, Lori Webb, and Randy Hash; as well as eleven great grandchildren and longtime friend, A. Baker.
Burial will be private.
