Jay Allen “Grinch” Miller
October 28, 1970 - July 9, 2020
Jay Allen “Grinch” Miller, age 49, of Townsend, DE, passed away on Thursday, July 9, 2020 with his loving wife by his side holding his hand.

Saradawn,
I just read your update and I am saddened deeply and I wanted you to know I was thinking of you. Words have escaped my mind at this moment. I know your heart is breaking. Losing your husband is a tremendous loss. I know it’s been years since we have seen each our face to face but I know he made you super happy. Your pictures you have posted said it all. Your smiles were infectious. The bond you and he had was beautiful. Wow! I’m still blown away. My heartaches for you because I know your in pain. I didn’t even meet your husband but through your posts and pictures it felt like I did. I pray for strength and comfort for you. Tragedy has reared up and impacted your life again. Stay strong girl. God built you for tough! Please hold on to knowing Jay will always be with you and you will be together again and live an eternal life. I’m sorry, I wish you no more pain with my note but I’m here if you need someone to lean on.

Jay, too young, too soon to leave your mom, dad and children, Jimmy, and other family members. You and Stephany, Carl, Vince, David, and my mom and dad can ride motorcycles thru the clouds. Some one will have to give Brenda a ride. Oops, uncle Bill, and your brother Bill have to ride to. Your mom is shattered. Please stay close to her and your kids.
Love ya

Saradawn, I have no words that will comfort you and ease the pain you are feeling at this time. I only wish I could take it and carry it for you. May you take comfort in all the happy memories you and Grinch had. I know there were too many to count.
Grinch, Thank You for your service to our great country. Rest in Eternal Peace.
Much love and Prayers for comfort.

To the Miller Family,
My husband and I are saddened to hear of Grinch’s passing. We had the privilege of meeting him several years ago. He fondly spoke of his family and his life experiences. We are so grateful to have met him. The world has just become a little less interesting without ‘The Grinch’; he will be dearly missed.
Please know all of you are in our prayers at this sad time.
Love,
Reggie and Michele Brown
