Mr. Jeffrey R. Black, age 63, of Delaware City, DE, passed away on Sunday, May 5, 2013.
Born in Peach Bottom, PA on January 14, 1950, Jeffrey was the son of the late Lee Roy Black and Winnie Badger Black. He made his career as a professional truck driver. Jeffrey was loved and adored by his siblings, nieces, and nephews. He will be greatly missed.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Garvey “Bud” Black, Arvel Black, Ron Black, and Curt Black. He is survived by his brother, Marvin Black of Newark, DE; sisters, Ora Lee Moore and husband, Walter of Delaware, AR, Deeda Bazell of Oxford, PA, Verna Reynolds of Wilmington, DE, and Babe Atkins of Wilmington, DE; and many nieces and nephews.
Services and interment will be held privately and at the convenience of the family.
