Kurt Anthony Rodriguez, age 71, of New Castle, DE, passed away on Tuesday, July 10, 2018, surrounded by his loving family.
Born in Newark, NJ, on July 21, 1946, he was the son of the late Toribio and Mildred (Otero) Rodriguez. Kurt was a licensed clinical social worker and dedicated his career to the VA Hospital in Elsmere.
He is survived by his loving wife, Linda (Kropenski) Rodriguez; uncle, Richard Otero of VA; cousins, Sonia Tyson of NJ and Brent Parry of CA; and canine companions, Millie, Rosita and Lulu.
Services and interment will be held privately.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Kurt’s name to the Brandywine Valley SPCA, 600 South Street, New Castle, DE 19720.
