Dear Family, I was so glad to be with you yesterday to let you all know much Doll Baby was loved by her Ferrier Family. I am so sorry we were not in touch in recent years……….I tried to find her but was unsuccessful. My loss is now even greater for not accomplishing a reunion. I have many happy memories of our early years together at family functions. From all the beautiful pictures posted it was easy to see how full her life was and how much she was loved. Many happy memories will help fill your hearts with joy and peace. Love to all of you.

This is a stand up true lady they just don’t make them like her. I will miss my guma always and to my dear cousin s I’m sorry for any heartache I have ever brought or said to you. I loved aunt guma Laura and always wished she was my mom. This woman could make the worst day shine she was a true mother and friend she was a great example of making a rainy day smile I remember when we were little she would break out the tarp and make a bid slip and slide. She always took on more than she could handle and did it gracefully. I only wish that I could be half the women she was. I truly loved to be around her. She had a way of making you want to fight for what was right in life. And she produced the most beautiful children god as ever seen. My cousin Jennifer should have been on the cover of vogue. God bless my family and hers. I will say that the Lord has gained a true angel

My heartfelt sympathies go out to your family. I have so many fond memories of Laura. She will always be remembered by me for being so friendly and welcoming to anybody and everybody. You always felt safe in her presence. She had such a wonderful smile. I remember her love of dancing and music and of course family. She was always the one who would be cleaning during a get-together, never wanting to sit still. I am keeping you all in my heart and prayers. The keepsake video you shared was a beautiful tribute to a beautiful, loving lady, gone from the world way to soon.
