Manuel Munoz Ares

Manuel Munoz Ares, age 69, of New Castle, DE, passed away on Friday, July 10, 2020.
Born in the Philippines on March 8, 1951, he was a son of the late Calixto S. Ares, Sr. and Consuelo M. (Munoz) Ares. Manuel traveled to the US in 1989 to live the American dream. He worked for various businesses in New Castle over the years.
In addition to his parents, Manuel was preceded in death by his sisters, Dolores Maniego and Lucita Nacpil. He is survived by his brothers, Ferdinand, Lauro, Jose, Antonio, and Calixto M. Ares, Jr.; and many nieces and nephews.
Services and interment will be held privately.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Manuel’s memory may be made to the American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 7023, Merrifield, VA 22116-7023.
