Millie Horton, age 59, of Tobyhanna, PA, passed away on Wednesday, January 25, 2012.
Born in Bronx, NY, on September 5, 1952, Millie was the daughter of the late Juan Olivera and Matilda Figueroa. She made her career with the former Hercules, Inc., where she retired as an accounts payable representative.
A loving wife and caring mother, she delighted in spending time with her family, especially her beloved grandchildren, whom she adored.
She is survived by her devoted husband of 15 years, Ronald T. Horton; children, Lisa and Arthur; stepchildren, Monica, Ronald II, Kristina, and Theodore; several siblings, including George and Marta; grandchildren, Asia, Cameron, Jordan, Arthur, James, and Justin; stepgrandchildren, Theodore Jr., Andrew, Cameron, and Carter; and many nieces and nephews, including Sakiena, Melissa, Vanessa, Zion, and Carly, to whom she was a loving aunt.
A memorial service will be held at 1 pm on Tuesday, January 31, 2012, at the Spicer-Mullikin Funeral Home, 121 West Park Place, Newark, DE, where visitation will begin at 12:30 pm.
