Milton Darwin “Buster” Barney III

Milton Darwin “Buster” Barney III, age 64, of New Castle, DE, passed away on Saturday, February 25, 2023.
Born in Takoma Park, MD, on August 10, 1958, he was a son of Shirley (Hudson) Barney and the late Robert William Barney. Buster made his career in construction. He was a NASCAR enthusiast. Buster was an avid reader, especially of history books, James Patterson novels, and John Grisham novels.
In addition to his father, Buster was preceded in death by his sister, Sara Tansley. He is survived by his son, Brian C. Barney (Hope); mother, Shirley (Hudson) Barney; grandson, Xander Barney; siblings, Robert Barney Jr., Shirley Fleenor, Lucille Mulligan, Barbara Ann Brown, and Glenn Barney; 6 nieces; 5 nephews; 7 great nieces; and 2 great nephews.
All services will be held privately.
