  • Carol Ann,
I’m so sorry to hear about Rob’s passing. Just know that you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.

  • Carol and I are so sorry for your loss. She was an integral part along with your dad of raising such a fine family. Delcastle was just one of the proud recipients of her efforts which had such a positive effect on the character and achievements of her children. I always thought Delcastle should thank her for sending her children to us. She was proud of all of you.

  • Dearest Tony, Richard and I are sorry for your loss of dear Ruth, Veronica has many fond memories with your family and the children. • Ballad of Ruth
This is the ballad of the great lady called Ruth.
A kinder lady we never knew and that is the truth.
My wife and I were her neighbor for almost 20 years.
And her passing has brought my house many tears.
She was a wonderful teacher for so many years.
Wining the admiration of her students and her peers
She was beloved wife , mother, grandmother and more.
but the way she talked about it to her it was never a choir.
They say you can tell the worth of a person by who you dogs likes.
when she was outside, our dogs acted like I should take a hike.
All they could think about is being close to her.
If they were cats they would have constantly purred
She always listens and encouraged us when we spoke of our troubles.
After talking to her our happiness always seems liked it doubles.
We seen her endless kindness to her husband , family , and all she knew.
If she had any faults they must have been small and few.
God’s generosity in making her a part of our lives is clearly great and divine.
but even he would not forever deprive himself of someone this fine.
Sad now are these days, but we must not lose heart.
For God has promised not to forever keep us apart

Love and miss you. God Bless.
Joseph F. Poli Jr. neighbor , friend, and admirer

  • Chris so sorry to hear of the passing of your Mom, my sincere and deep condolences to you and your family.

  • Tony and family. It saddens me of your loss of Ruth. I was her supervisor at the Eating Post, but Ruth never needed supervising. She was a wonderful person and a trusted employee. I would seek her advice often and she was always honest and upfront. When she was there, I had no worries. I also never had to watch the OJ Simpson trial, because nightly, before her shift, she was give us all the rundown of what happened that day. She was a joy of a person to be around and to know. I am sure she will be sadly missed. Dan DiMichele and family.
