Slawomir Jan Grocholski

Slawomir Jan Grocholski, age 53, of Newark, DE, passed away on Sunday, January 2, 2022.
Born in Chelmno, Poland, on April 9, 1968, he was the son of Kazimiera (Lubianka) Grocholska and the late Henryk Grocholski. Slawomir worked as an autobody technician for Brandywine Autobody for several years.
In addition to his mother, Slawomir is survived by his sons, Mateusz Grocholski and Marek Grocholski; sister, Anna Grifo (Rosario); niece, Sophia Grifo; and nephews, Julian Grifo and Alexander Grifo.
A visitation for family and friends will be held from 2 pm until 4 pm on Sunday, January 9, 2022 at Spicer-Mullikin Funeral Home, 121 West Park Place, Newark, DE. A second visitation will be held from 9 am until 10 am on Monday, January 10, 2022 at the funeral home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Monday, January 10, 2022 at 11 am at Holy Family R. C. Church, 15 Gender Road, Newark, DE. Face coverings will be required for all those in attendance not immunized with the COVID-19 vaccine. Interment will follow in All Saints Cemetery, 6001 Kirkwood Highway, Wilmington, DE.

I am writing this message with a very heavy heart. There are no words that will ever express how very sad I feel that Slawek went to be with our Heavenly Father. Although he is no longer physically with us, he will forever be in our hearts, memories, and prayers.
I would like to express my deepest condolences to The Grocholski family. May the Lord watch over you all and grant you some peace during this very difficult time.
May Slawek rests in Eternal Peace in the Kingdom of our Savior.
