Wing Sing Chiang, age 72, of Newark, DE, passed away on Wednesday, March 17, 2021.
Born in China on December 16, 1948, he was the son of the late Fook To and Moi Fong Chiang. Wing was a tireless worker who made a lifetime career as a chef, specializing in cooking authentic Chinese food. He shared his culinary talents most recently as a chef for Crownery Chinese Restaurant. In Wing’s free time, he enjoyed watching TV and spending time with his beloved family.
He is survived by his devoted wife, Wai Leng (Yu) Chiang; children, Daisy Chiang and James Chiang (Wendy); 3 brothers; 1 sister; grandchildren, Cardē Chiang, Laila Chiang, Shane Mattero, Dallas Griffith, Sereniti Griffith and Tristan Mattero; and several nieces and nephews.
All services will be held privately.
