Mary Wisminiti

On August 29, 2014, Mary Wisminiti, formerly of East Haven, Connecticut and Newark, Delaware, passed away peacefully in her sleep at Manorcare Health Services. Mary was 104.

The daughter of the late Victor Baranowski and Frances Ostaszewska Baranowski, she was a veteran of WWII and was very active in veteran affairs.

Mary was predeceased by her husband, Francis McMorrow and her second husband, Walter Wisminiti. She is survived by her sister, Sophie Kacmarcik, her nephew, Robert Kacmarcik, Sr., and many nieces, nephews and extended family.

The family wishes to thank all of the nurses and caregivers of Manorcare who took such wonderful care of Mary during her stay there.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 6 pm on Monday evening, September 22, 2014 in the chapel of St. Mary of the Asumption R.C. Church, 7200 Lancaster Pike, Hockessin, Delaware.

Mary will be laid to rest with her husband, Walter, at a service in All Saints Cemetery, North Haven, Connecticut.
