Nicholas Nick Anthony Catalutch III, age 37, of Newark, DE, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, May 8, 2018, surrounded by his loving family.

He was born in Wilmington, DE on September 28, 1980.

Nick was very intelligent and loved learning new things. He always enjoyed a healthy debate. He loved to tease and had a great sense of humor. In his leisure time you could always find him cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles and the Golden State Warriors. Above all he will be remembered as a caring, devoted and loving father, son, brother, partner, grandson and friend.

Nick is survived by parents, Valerie E. (Gordon) Bennett (James) of Newark and Nicholas Anthony Catalutch, Jr. (Sharron) of Ft. Myers, FL; his children, Brooklyn Pontious-Catalutch of Danville, CA and Gianna Catalutch at home; loving partner, Nicole DeGeorge of Newark; sister, Tiffany Vanover of Dallas, TX; and maternal grandparents, Bruce and Kay Gordon of Middletown.

A visitation for family and friends will be held from 11 am until 1 pm on Monday, May 14, 2018 at Spicer-Mullikin Funeral Home, 121 West Park Place, Newark, DE, where a funeral service will begin at 1 pm. Interment will follow in Gracelawn Memorial Park, 2220 North DuPont Parkway, New Castle, DE.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Nick’s name to the Sunday Breakfast Mission, 110 Poplar St, Wilmington, DE 19801.
