Roberta C. Parag, age 64, of New Castle, Delaware, passed away peacefully on Friday, February 2, 2018.

Born in Wilmington on November 8, 1953, she was a daughter of the late Jack J. and Alice C. (McCloskey) Taylor.  Roberta dedicated her career as a machine operator with Wilmington Finishing Company and retired after several years.

Roberta enjoyed spending time in her flower and vegetable gardens.  She also loved trying her hand at casinos and watching western movies.  Above all, she was a devoted and loving mother and grandmother.

In addition to her parents, Roberta is preceded in death by the love of her life William Boomer Fellenbaum; brother, Joseph Taylor; sister, Gracie Hope; and great grandson, Zachary Ellingsworth.  She is survived by her children, Stephen E. Parag, Jr. of New Castle, Andrea C. Ellingsworth (Howard) of Grand Prairie, Texax, Mark L. Parag (Lida Rose) of Middletown and Matthew J. Parag (Samantha Casper) of Wilmington; step-daughter, Heather Fellenbaum-Migliore (Steve Kearney) of Wilmington; brothers, Jackie Taylor (Edie) of Florida, Edward Taylor of Wilmington and James Taylor (Margie) of Newark; sister, Margaret Taylor of Newark; grandchildren, Stephen III, Abagail, Samantha, Howard, Haydn, Ellie, Autumn, Madison and Morgan; many nieces and nephews; and her Bichon Frise, Snowball.

Family and friends may gather from 4 pm until 5 pm on Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at Spicer-Mullikin Funeral Home, 1000 North DuPont Parkway, New Castle, DE, followed by a memorial service at 5 pm.  Interment will be held privately.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Heartland Hospice, 256 Chapman Rd., Ste. 102, Newark, DE 19702.
