Theresa A. Cicalese, age 82 of Somerset, NJ, passed away on Saturday, November 19, 2022.
Born in Newark, NJ on October 22, 1940, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Nancy (Gazzio) Pizappi. Theresa loved all animals and enjoyed knitting. The thing she enjoyed most doing was spending time with her grandchildren.
Theresa is survived by her loving husband, Joseph Cicalese; children, Janene Evan (Scott), Anthony Cicalese, Joseph Cicalese (Jeannette), and Jennifer Tobia (Frank); and 6 grandchildren.
All services will be held privately.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Theresa’s name to the SPCA, 455 Stanton-Christiana Road, Newark, DE 19713.

So sorry to hear of my cousin Theresa passing. Have many happy memories of sharing my childhood with her. She was a very loving woman with family and friends. Her happiness in taking care of her children grandchildren and all her animals. She always took me along when she took her car out for a drive. Always let me use her makeup and did my nails at age 8. She got me my first job at her place of work when I finished high school. She was my best cousin – may she rest in peace and join her family in heaven. She will always be in my heart. She has earned her angel wings.
