In Loving Memory of Delores Voiers
Born December 25, 1939 – Passed December 19, 2025
On December 19, 2025, just six days before her 86th birthday, Delores Voiers left this world with the same quiet strength that carried her through every chapter of her life. Born on Christmas Day in 1939, she arrived in the world wrapped in light, and she carried that light — sometimes steady, sometimes flickering, but always present — for 85 remarkable years.
Delores’s life was not defined by simplicity. It was shaped by resilience, by the weight of circumstances, and by the deep, complicated love that binds a mother and daughter across time, distance, and the unpredictable turns of fate. When her daughter was taken at the age of three and a half, life carved a wound into both of their stories. Yet for twelve long years, a child searched for her mother with a heart full of hope — and that hope was not misplaced. Their reunion became a testament to the unbreakable thread between them, a thread that endured every separation and every silence.
Their relationship, like all real relationships, held shadows and light, sorrow and healing, but it endured. It grew. It mattered. And it became one of the most powerful truths of Delores’s life.
Delores was a woman who carried her history with dignity. She was imperfect, human, and deeply felt. She loved in the ways she knew how. She tried in the ways she could. And she leaves behind a legacy not measured in flawless moments, but in the courage it takes to keep showing up — to keep loving, to keep hoping, to keep being part of her daughter’s world.
Today, on the birthday she didn’t reach, we honor her life with tenderness. We honor the strength she carried, the love she gave, and the place she will always hold in the hearts of those who knew her. Her memory is a blessing — a reminder of the power of reunion, the endurance of love, and the quiet bravery of a woman who lived through storms and still found her way toward the light.
She is deeply loved. She will be deeply missed. And she will be remembered — today and always.

Please accept my heartfelt sympathy for prayers for the passing of Dee!
I know it is a tremendous loss to all.
My recent surgery has prevented me from working at the “diner” (Plaza), and I was only made aware of this sad news today!
May the memories you shared, bring you comfort, and strength in the coming days.✝️
