Nicole Lynn (Pieroski) Kilgariff
September 16, 1983 - July 2, 2023
Nicole Lynn (Pieroski) Kilgariff, age 39, of New Castle, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, July 2, 2023.
Born in Wilmington, DE on September 16, 1983, she was the daughter of John Curtis and Linda Susan (Doochack) Pieroski. Nicole was a 2001 graduate of Delcastle Technical High School. She loved her family with all of her heart and devoted every minute of the day to them. She made everyone smile and would brighten every room she entered. Nicole loved helping people, after her passing both of her kidneys were successfully transplanted. She helped save 2 men, 1 in New York and the other in Florida, and added renewed hope to a better life. Nicole enjoyed crafting in many aspects: painting, crocheting, and coloring, to name a few; and she passed these skills onto her children. A cardinal and blue jay would come and visit Nicole every day at her kitchen window, she loved watching them!
Nicole is survived by her husband of 8 years, Robert James Kilgariff; sons, Nathan RiLee Pieroski and Robert Leo Kilgariff; daughters, KaLeigh Elizabeth and Paige Sophia Kilgariff; parents, John and Linda Pieroski; brother, Jonathon Pieroski (Nikki Talarovich); and nephew, Sean Pieroski.
All services will be held privately.

My sincere condolences to Nicole’s family. I had the pleasure of meeting Nicole this year while coaching her daughter KaLeigh for softball and she was always on the side line smiling and cheering her girl on. I got the pleasure of telling Nicole that KaLeigh made all stars and she was SOOOO excited and proud of her girl! I’m so happy that she got to watch our games and cheer us on for what was an AMAZING game. May she rest in peace. Praying for her husband and children 🙏🏻

Sending my love and prayers to all her family and friends. Nicole was such a beautiful, vibrant, caring woman. She’s going to be missed tremendously by her husband and kids as they were her life. I loved when we would run into one another outta the blue. So many days playing softball. Life is just not fair to take someone so young. RIP Nicole

Sending love and condolences on the lost of your precious daughter Nicole. I watched Nicole grow up from being a little girl trying to follow around her brother John and my brother Jay to a beautiful woman and loving mother. May God continue to comfort this family during this very difficult time.
