  • As a child it was always fun to visit our Delaware cousins. It was easy to get along with Tom, we were close in age and always had to deal with older siblings. He was always willing to show my brother and I a good time. He was a kind and giving person. He will be missed my many. I am proud to say he was my cousin and so glad he had such support from his wife Penny and the rest of his family. I know you will find comfort in each other as you remember his remarkable life.
