Mary Emily Kohler

Mary Emily Kohler, age 78, of Middletown, DE, formerly of North Kingstown, RI, passed away on Sunday, July 13, 2025.
Born in Baltimore, MD, on March 21, 1947, she was the daughter of the late Ruth Montgomery. Mary made her career as a teacher’s assistant in North Kingstown, RI. She enjoyed spending her time watching animals in her backyard feeding the birds, and taking long drives. Mary loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her brother, Gordon Hinkle. She is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, John C. Kohler; children, Lisa M. Kohler, Steven D. Kohler (Kimiyo); and grandchildren, Megumi E. Kohler, and Logan K. Kohler.
All services will be held privately.
