Alicia Bernadette Phillips, age 54, of Bear, DE, passed away on Monday, May 10, 2021.

Born in Philadelphia, PA, on April 22, 1967, she was a daughter of Juanita (Wheeling) Phillips and the late John Phillips. Sr. Alicia graduated from Willingboro High School in 1985, before attending the Art Institute of Philadelphia. While working at SEACOR, she met the love of her life, Allen, whom she married in 2003, and settled down with in New Jersey. In 2011, Alicia and Allen moved to Delaware, and made their final residence in Bear. Alicia was a proud homemaker, and enjoyed spoiling Allen and their families. She was also a free spirit who valued her privacy. Alicia will always be remembered for her loving presence, which touched the lives of many in her short 54 years.

In addition to her father, Alicia was preceded in death by her sister, Michelle Phillips. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her devoted husband of 17 years, Allen Anderson; brothers, John Phillips, Jr. and Chris Phillips; and many nieces and nephews.

All services will be held privately with interment in New St. Paul’s Cemetery, Delaware City, DE.
