Andrew Vincent “Drew” Morrison

Andrew Vincent “Drew” Morrison, age 29, of Newark, DE, passed away unexpectedly, on Tuesday, May 3, 2022.
Born in Lansdown, PA, on August 13, 1992, he was a son of Anthony and Cyndi Finley-Smith. Drew attended Brader and Gallaher elementary schools, Gauger-Cobbs Middle School and graduated from Delcastle Technical High School in 2010 where he studied the graphic arts and digital media career programs. He later worked for Shoprite, Four Seasons Plaza, in the meat department under the butcher apprenticeship program until 2021.
To know Drew, you knew what a bright, shining, beautiful person he was. He loved to laugh and make others laugh with his wicked sense of humor and his infectious laugh to go with any of the jokes, pranks or wise cracks he would make. He had a brilliant and intelligent mind, with a beautiful smile that could brighten any dull room. Drew loved spending time with his family and friends and especially looked forward to attending family gatherings. Most of all, Drew had a heart of gold and loved his family to the ends of the earth.
Drew was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Leedom and Patricia Morrison; and maternal great-grandparents, Paul and Florence Finley, Sr. In addition to his loving parents, Anthony and Cyndi; he is survived by his children, Kassandra Morrison, and Dominic Morrison; siblings, Alexander Morgan and Brenna Morgan; maternal grandparents, Paul Finley, Jr. (Lea) of Norristown, PA, and Nancy Price of Middletown; devoted god-mother, Diane Morrison; aunts, Jessica Price (Todd Irvine), and Melissa Price (Ambros Lucas); uncles, Paul “P.J.” Finley III (Toni) and Matthew Finley (Amanda); special family member, Frank Morgan; and several other aunts, uncles, and cousins.
All services will be held privately.

So very sad for your family. I remember Drew, Jeff, Zac and Jacob playing video games at my house. Of course, they raided the refrigerator and pantry! He was always polite and respectful to us. So sorry for his passing.
