Antoinette “Toni” Andrews
August 29, 1950 - March 12, 2026
Antoinette Andrews, age 75, of Bear, DE, passed away on Thursday, March 12, 2026 in Wilmington, DE.
Born on August 29, 1950, in Philadelphia, PA, Antoinette, called by Toni to her family and friends, was the beloved daughter of the late Ulysses and Betty (Pryor) Andrews. She graduated from Overbrook High School in 1968.
Toni had a career working for the United States Postal Service, later becoming a supervisor.
Toni loved dancing, listening to music and sewing among other things. Her most enjoyment in life was serving as a pioneer as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses. She was baptized on November 14th, 1970. She remained deeply engaged and actively involved in her ministry as a faithful full time pioneer until her death.
In addition to her parents, Toni was preceded in death by her sisters, Jacqueline Milner of Sharon, PA and Lynn Andrews of Philadelphia, PA.
She is survived by her daughter, Chauntee’ Andrews; son, Seth Andrews; grandson, Javonne Campbell-Andrews; granddaughter, Giovanna Andrews; great-granddaughter, Isabella; sister, Vivian Harris of Philadelphia, PA; brother, Ulysses (Bernice); as well as several nieces and nephews.
Toni’s life was a beautiful reflection of love, creativity, and compassion. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
A memorial service will be held Friday March 27, 2026 at the Red Lion Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses at 2101 Red Lion Rd in Bear, DE. beginning at 11:00 AM.
