My heartfelt condolences to the Thompson family. I am so sorry for your loss. I did not know your loved one personally but I understand how hard a time like this can be. May memories of her and our Heavenly Father, who is the God of all comfort, give you the strength and comfort that you need (2 Corinthians 1:3). Our Heavenly Father understands your pain because he too has experienced the death of his beloved Son, Jesus Christ. Just as God resurrected his Son, he yearns to resurrect our loved ones as well (Job 14:14, 15). I hope these words give you the comfort and peace you need during this difficult time.
