I cannot begin to express how my heart feels. BIlly was such a nice guy. Always polite, always had a kind word and a smile for Bud Houser and I. He and Bud use to go fishing together back in the day. Now he and Bud are together in Heaven for that’s where all good people go. My deepest condolences to Billy’s family. Remember God only takes the flowers not the weeds. Hugs and Prayers.
