Mr. Charles J. Thomas, age 61, of New Castle, DE, passed away suddenly on Sunday, June 30, 2013, at his home.
A native Delawarean, Mr. Thomas was born in Wilmington on November 23, 1951, son of the late Eugene Thomas and Grace Salevan Thomas. He will be fondly remembered as a kind and compassionate person who could always be counted upon to help anyone in need. He was also devoted to animals throughout his life, particularly his beloved pet cats.
Mr. Thomas will be greatly missed by family and friends. He is survived by his sister, Carolyn Thomas, and his brother, Robert Thomas, both of New Castle.
A memorial service will be held at 3 pm on Monday, July 8th, at the Spicer-Mullikin Funeral Home, 1000 N. DuPont Parkway, New Castle.
