Clark H. Payne, Jr.

Clark H. Payne, Jr., age 59, of Dover, DE, and formerly of St. Cloud, FL, passed away on Monday, August 31, 2020.

A man of many trades, Clark worked as a driver, skilled laborer, and flagger. He was a talented carpenter and owned his own flooring company for many years. Clark was a very hard worker and took pride in everything he did. He was always so carefree and was known to have a go-with-the-flow attitude. In his free time, Clark enjoyed watching NASCAR and fishing. 

He was preceded in death by his father, Clark H. Payne, Sr. Clark will be dearly missed by his daughter, Kimberly D’Amore (Edward); granddaughters, Riley and Chloe; mother, Lillian Virginia (Willen) Taylor; siblings; and many dear friends, nieces and nephews.

Services and interment will be held privately.
