  • I am lost for words regarding the fitting words I want to use to express the deep sadness I feel about the loss of such a special human being. He was warm, loving and considerate to everyone. I have fond memories of the many get together of family and friends at his house that was always so great and the food was always so enjoyable. He loved life and enjoyed it to the fullest especially when his team (THE DALLAS COWBOYS) were playing and winning. His life was his family -A True Family Man he was and there was nothing more important to him than his family. His face lit up when he talked to me about Jannifa and David and more recently the new grand babies.

To his family please know that you are all in my prayers and I know for sure that the wonderful memories that you have shared during his life will get you through this very difficult time and he will remain with you forever. God bless and keep you all and He will see you through with your faith and trust in Him..

  • I am sadden and baffle of the loss of my homeboy, we were always there for each other. My best friend. We played football, we dated good friends at Burke School. I was his best man in his first wedding, it’s more to it than I am writing about. I am at a tremendous loss. I hope his family well. I hope all of the friends we knew, remember what a great and loving guy he was.

  • Dear Jen and DJ,
I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your husband and father. David was by far one of the best man I’ve ever met in my life. His kindness generosity and overwhelming energy will surely be missed by myself and my children. He certainly had the ability to cook up amazing dishes and feed the neighborhood at the numerous parties that he held. My children and I always had a wonderful time when we were over there spending time with your family and the rest of our neighbors. He will truly be missed by a lot of people. Please be assured that you and your family are in our thoughts and prayers.
    With all our love,
