Deborah J. “Debbie” Stiely, age 65, of Wilmington, DE, passed away on Tuesday, July 14, 2020.
Born in Wilmington, DE on September 24, 1954, she was a daughter of the late Clement Stiely and Eleanor (Jones) Reynolds. Debbie enjoyed her job as a school bus driver for many years. In her spare time, she loved singing and swimming.
In addition to her parents, Debbie was preceded in death by her stepfather, Marcus Reynolds. She is survived by her siblings, Charles Carter (June) of Port Deposit, MD, Harry “Butch” Carter (Barbara) of Golts, MD, Shirley Bahr (Joel) of Las Vegas, NV and Lisa Butkiewicz (Pete) of Gregory, MI; and many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service for family and friends will be held at 10:30 am on Saturday, August 1, 2020, at Heritage Presbyterian Church, 140 Airport Road, New Castle, DE. Face masks will be required for all in attendance.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Debbie’s memory to a charity of the donor’s choice.

So sorry to hear about Debbie’s passing. She was always so cheerful and happy even though she had many challenges. Ron and I had many happy times with her and the family.I’m sure.
