           Dianne Theresa Camponelli, age 81, of New Castle, DE, passed away on Monday, February 17, 2020, surrounded by her loving family.

          Born in Manitowoc, WI on March 28, 1938, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Lillian (Buddish) Basel.  Dianne was a loving and talented homemaker throughout her life and enjoyed the time spent with her grandchildren.  She was a life member of Holloway Terrace Ladies Auxiliary and liked visiting the casinos.

          In addition to her parents, Dianne was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Guido Pasquale Camponelli, Sr.; son, Joseph Dominic Camponelli; and siblings, Charlotte Webber, Marylyn Hokenson and Sharon Becker.  She is survived by her children, Guido Pasquale Camponelli, Jr., Theresa Ann Brams (Adam), Daniel Charles Camponelli (Michele), Gail Dianne MacInnes (Leonard) and William Dale Camponelli, Sr. (Becky); 13 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

          Services will be held privately.  Interment will be held privately at a later date in Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
