Frank Cullmer

Frank Cullmer, age 61, of Bear, DE, passed away on Wednesday, March 5, 2025.
Born in Camden, NJ in October 3, 1963, he was a son of the late Vondela (Templeton) Musser. Frank was a graduate of Vineland High School in New Jersey. He proudly served in the United States Air Force and was discharged in 1985. Frank then worked in various professions prior to dedicating 27 years at J. Fletcher Creamer & Son, Inc.
An avid outdoorsman, Frank enjoyed fishing. When the weather was cold, he would work on model helicopters and cars. Together, with his wife, he loved flying his model helicopters at a flying site in Delaware, featuring grass runways for fixed and rotary wing aircraft. Frank and his wife also loved visiting the beach, walking the boardwalk, dining out and enjoying each other’s company.
Frank is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Dorothy Lynn (Pettit) Cullmer; uncle, Frank Templeton (Rosemary); niece, Deborah Ann Templeton; nephew, Fred R. Pettit; great-nephew, Finn Pettit; and brother-in-law, Fred T. Pettit.
All services will be held privately.

I live and miss you uncle frank. Thank you for everything throughout my life. I would not be the man I am today if it wasn’t for you. If asked to this day at 33yrs old what I wanna be when I grow up, I’ll simply say I wanna be like my uncle frank. Watch over me and aunt Dori. Please continue to guide me and give me signs youre with me. You should still be here. I love you my man catch a big one for me up there.
