I only knew you as Jeana’s pop pop…but she told me so many stories of you and how passionate of a man you were. You made an impression on my life through Jeana and for that I am thankful.

The Garrison Family would like to extend our deepest sympathy to the family. Frank was a great neighbor and friend. I used to refer to Frank as The Man With the Velvet Lawn…He took such pride with his velvety green lawn; out there 3 to 4 times a week…lol..he will be greatly missed. Our prayers are with you all. God Bless
