Frank Louis Vettori
September 30, 1943 - July 28, 2022
Frank Louis Vettori, age 78, of Newark, DE, passed away on July 28, 2022. He was born on September 30, 1943, in Washington, DC. Frank was predeceased by his son, Tim and his sister, Jane Snyder.
Frank was a loving husband and father. He is survived by his wife, Ann and their children: Marc (Diane), Craig, and Bryan (Tabitha), his siblings, Linda Hamm and Paul Vettori, his brother-in-law, Tommy Snyder and grandchildren: Ciara, Connor, Grace, Taylor, and Carter, as well as his beloved dogs, Lexi and Toby.
Frank earned a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland. A Dupont retiree, Frank also enjoyed a part-time job at Newark Chrysler Jeep. He loved exploring and seeing the country while traveling with Ann in their RV. Frank was a scholastic wrestling and car racing fan. Driving his Corvette was also a passion of Frank’s.
In accordance with Frank’s wishes, there will be no memorial service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Delaware Wrestling Alliance Scholarship Fund, 525 Massaferi Way, Hockessin, DE 19707.

I was so sorry to hear of his passing. Since, I’ve kept in mind, firmly, the memories of riding through the yard in the back of the tractor and all those summers spent in Watkins Glenn. He made these moments memories I will cherish for years to come. I am sending my deepest condolences.
