Frederick L. “Fred” Null, Jr.

Frederick L. “Fred” Null, Jr., age 62, of Newark, DE, passed away on Friday, November 16, 2018.

Born in Broomall, PA, on November 1, 1956, he was the son of the late Frederick L. Null, Sr. and Anna (Rollason) Swope. Fred was a Penn State graduate and worked for Simm Associates as a Collection Analyst.

In his spare time, Fred enjoyed collecting and traveling. He was a Civil War buff. Fred loved football and you could always find him cheering on his beloved Eagles and Nittany Lions.

Fred was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Marianne (Leger) Null; daughter, Meaghann N. Shaw of Dover; sister, Jane Vance of PA; and niece, Beth Anne Heidelbaugh (Rick).

A luncheon will be held from 11 am until 2 pm on Wednesday, November 21, 2018, at Home2 Suites, 222 South Dupont Highway, Dover, DE 19901.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Fred’s memory to St. Judes Children’s Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
