Gayle Arnold
Gayle Arnold, age 73, of Newark, DE, died in the early hours of Sunday, April 28, 2024.
A woman of boundless curiosities and ravenous appetites for life’s bounties, Gayle was preceded in death by her mother, Etta; father, Raymond; and husband, George. The eldest of four, she will be missed by her sister, Deborah Parag (Bill), and her children, Adam and Sarah; her brother, Ray Snisko (Julie) and their children, Raymond, Ryan, and Dana; and youngest brother, Steve Snisko (Sharon) and his children, John, Matthew, Michael, and Shannon; as well as anyone who had the good fortune to make her acquaintance.
All services will be held privately.
In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to your local public library. Gayle would really like that.

Dear Deborah and Bill I am so very sorry to hear about Gayle. I was trying to call her for months to contact you and her to come and visit . Gayle was so very kind to me as well as yourself while she was my roommate in rehab in Elkton. She was a wonderful, kind and generous person. We enjoyed each other’s company and shared our reading & books. My deepest sympathy to you and your family.
