Geraldine T. Early

Mrs. Geraldine T. Early, age 81, of Millsboro, DE, formerly of Newark, passed away on Tuesday, September 18, 2012.
Geraldine was born in Larksville, PA, on April 3, 1931, daughter of the late Genevieve and Stephen Magalski. A devout Catholic, she was a parishioner of Mary, Mother of Peace R.C. Church in Millsboro and a former parishioner of Holy Family R.C. Church in Newark.
Geraldine was a talented and resourceful homemaker who devoted her life to caring for her beloved family. She delighted in hosting large, joyous family gatherings and was always at her happiest when surrounded by her grandchildren and great grandchildren. In her later years, she looked forward to spending each winter with her husband Clifford at their vacation home in Hollywood, FL.
In addition to her parents, Geraldine was preceded in death by her brother, Robert Magalski. She is survived by her beloved husband of 62 years, Clifford T. Early; children, Diane D. Moore and her husband Don of Newark, Kathleen A. Royle and her husband Kendall of Georgetown, and Clifford T. Early, Jr. and his wife Bridgette of Middletown; sister-in-law, Helen Magalski of Larksville, PA; grandchildren, Andrew Royle and his fiancée Marielle Golden, Rachel Macauley and her husband Kenny, Rebecca Brooks and her husband Brian, Lauren Royle, Sara Early and her fiancé Josh Harris, Kerry Stephens and her husband Curt, and C. Thomas Early III; great grandsons, Joshua Harris, Adam and Sloan Brooks, Braeden Macauley, and another baby boy on the way in a matter of days from the Brooks family.
Visitation will be held from 10:45 am to 11:45 am on Tuesday, September 25th, at Holy Family R.C. Church, E. Chestnut Hill and Gender Roads, Newark. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 12 noon. Interment will be in All Saints Cemetery, 6001 Kirkwood Highway, Wilmington.
