Grace Elizabeth Murray, age 52, of Newark, DE, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family on Monday, December 9, 2024.

Born in Wilmington, DE on May 31, 1972, and named after her mother and grandmother, she was a daughter of Grace Elizabeth (Mackrell) Murray and the late Lawrence Robert Murray. Grace was a graduate of Newark High School and St. Joseph Academy and received a two-year degree from Ashworth College. Prior to her illness, she worked at Shore Answer LLC in Georgetown as an account manager for 9 years. In her spare time, Grace enjoyed crocheting and making memories with her family. She also loved to read and work on puzzles.

In addition to her father, Grace was preceded in death by her son, Troy Murray. She is survived by her children, Nicholas Davis (Will), Tonisha Murray (Darius), and Timothy Martin (Alyse); mother, Grace Murray; grandson, Suirod Barclay and Cameron Martin; and brother, Lawrence Murray.

A visitation for family and friends will be held from 11 am until 12:30 pm on Tuesday, December 17, 2024, at Spicer-Mullikin Funeral Home, 121 West Park Place, Newark, DE, where a funeral service will begin at 12:30 pm. Interment will follow in All Saints Cemetery, 6001 Kirkwood Highway, Wilmington, DE.
