Jeffrey T. Barlow, age 46, of Hanover, MD passed away on Tuesday, July 28, 2020.

Born in Upland, PA on December 17, 1973, he was a son of Carol E. (Gordon) Barlow and the late Christopher John Barlow. Jeffrey was a sports enthusiast who loved all the Philadelphia sports teams. In his spare time, he enjoyed taking trips to the beach and playing disc golf or horseshoes. Above all, Jeffrey loved going to family gatherings and barbecues.

Jeffrey is survived by his mother, Carol E. (Gordon) Barlow of New Castle; brother, Christopher James Barlow, Sr. of New Castle; nieces and nephew, Ashley, Christopher, Jr. and Erika; and several cousins.

A visitation for family and friends will be held from 4 pm until 5:30 pm on Friday, August 7, 2020, at Spicer-Mullikin Funeral Home, 1000 North DuPont Parkway, New Castle, DE. Face masks will be required for all in attendance. Services and interment will be held privately.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to assist with funeral expenses to Spicer-Mullikin Funeral Home 1000 N. DuPont Parkway, New Castle, DE 19720.

    You and I were pretty much inseparable as kids- everything from baseball,Fatima Fairs,and pretty much just hanging out. Jeff was always there too. My heart sank when you shot me the text.
    My heart aches for you and your mom- and all of your family. Jeff was a really good guy-just like all of us from the Castle. You are in my thoughts and prayers,buddy.

    I am deeply saddened about Jeff’s passing. Jeff was like a brother to me and we were inseparable as kids. We parted ways for awhile as young adults then I moved back to New Castle and we picked right back up watching Eagles and Phillies games and hanging out. Jeff was a great guy who always cracked jokes and had funny stories. I’ll miss you brother.

  • Jeffery & I went to elementary & middle school together. He was such a great kid who always kept people laughing. I am praying that the whole family can find peace and comfort during such a difficult time. May Jeffery forever rest in God’s Loving Arms.
