Jerry M. Bradley

Mr. Jerry M. Bradley, age 62, of New Castle, DE, passed away on Monday, December 12, 2011.
Mr. Bradley was born in High Point, NC, on September 11, 1949. He proudly served his country in the US Navy during the Vietnam War.
A devout Catholic, he was a longtime member of Holy Spirit R.C. Church in New Castle and greatly enjoyed reading his Bible each day. He was also a very talented guitarist.
Most of all, Mr. Bradley was a devoted family man and a wonderful husband, father, and grandfather. His greatest joy in life was spending time with his wife and best friend, Bonnie Lou Timmons Bradley, whom he adored and cherished each day throughout their happy 39-year marriage.
In addition to his beloved Bonnie, he is survived by his daughters, Yvonne Miller and Shelly Bradley; mother, Ina Nolan Dickson; sisters, Sharon Smith and Candace Denning; father-in-law, Clarence A. Timmons; grandchildren, Andrew, Matthew, Ethan, Jimmy, and Randy; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Jerry M. Bradley, Sr., and by his mother-in-law, Anna Y. Timmons.
A funeral service will be held at 1 pm on Friday, December 16, 2011, at the Spicer-Mullikin Funeral Home, 1000 N. DuPont Parkway, New Castle, where visitation will begin at 12 noon. Interment will follow in Gracelawn Memorial Park, 2220 N. DuPont Parkway, New Castle.
