  • Mrs. Jennie and family. I’m so sorry for your loss. I can only guess how much you’re hurting and missing him. I’ve just read the obituary, now. Couldn’t bring myself to read it before. Can’t believe I can no longer pick up the phone and ask him a question, and get what I need from him. We would catch up on our families and what was going on at Sentinel. As he called me his “work wife”, we worked together for 10 years. He always laughed at how the doctor said he couldn’t hear high pitched women’s voices and little kids. He’d say, I don’t want to hear them anyway. LOL! I have so many good and funny stories to remember, that he shared with me. He was good at telling them. Mrs. Jennie, you were the center of his universe and life. He did everything with you in mind. He kept his vows to the end. Christina and Andy, take care of your mom, as I know you will and how Joe would expect you to. His love for you both and his grandkids was unmeasurable. I’ll be keeping your family in prayer. Missing him dearly. Donna

  • Mr. Joe you was my friend and you will be missed. Rest In Peace my friend.

  • I’m sorry for your loss. Joe will be sorrowfully missed by our family. Stay strong and take care.

  • I AM SOOOOO SORRY, SADDENED AND SICKENED TO HEAR OF THIS AWFUL NEWS. I LOVED JOE. I HAD SOME OF THE BEST TIMES OF MY LIFE WORKING AT THE BEACH. HE HAS BEEN THOUGHT ABOUT OFTEN THROUGHOUT THESE YRS. THEY HAVE GONE BY IN A BLINK OF AN EYE. FEELS LIKE YESTERDAY THAT WE WERE THERE…. HE WAS VERY GOOD TO ME, MY MOM & MY BROTHER MARC “THE BOY” WHO ADORED HIM AS WELL. ONE SPECIAL MEMORY I KEEP CLOSE TO ME AND WILL NEVER FORGET WAS I WAS GETTING MARRIED AND JOE KNEW I WAS SAVING UP FOR MY TIARA WHICH WAS BTWN $1800.00-$2000.00 AT THE TIME, I WAS LEAVING THE BOX OFFICE ONE NIGHT AND HE YELLS TO ME “COME HERE”… I SAID “WHATS WRONG” HE SAYS “HERE, TAKE THIS TOWARDS YOUR CROWN (TIARA) AND HE HANDED ME LIKE $500.00. I WAS WOWED BY THAT, I HUGGED HIM, WAS SO GRATEFUL AND I NEVER EVER FORGOT THAT. HE WAS A GREAT GUY FOR SURE. ALWAYS HAD THAT INFECTIOUS SMILE AND HE HAS NEVER BEEN NOR WILL BE FORGOTTEN. I ONLY WISH WE HAD NOT LOST CONTACT ALL THESE YRS. MY DEEPEST HEARTFELT CONDOLENCES TO ALL OF YOU.
