I met Lenny at Lena Feb 2020 at a house warming/welcome to the neighborhood. I instantly felt connected to both Lenny and Lena who reminded me of my old school/old world parents, upbringing and love. What a wonderful man, full of life, stories and family. He loved his family and loved showing pictures of his children, grand children and of course his garden. Plus he was in great shape, tanned and excellent dresser. You couldn’t help but be drawn to him. I’m going to miss him. But one positive is he will meet with his creator who will definitely put him to work on his vegetable garden. Lena Im so sorry for your loss and I hope these few lines of memory bring you a smile and some solace. Sincerely David and Paula

I so happy for the times I got to spend with lenny, he taught me much
How to be a better gardener and by example how to enjoy one’s family and friends
He was a kind and nice person who would help anyone with advice or produce or knowledge from countless real life experiences few of us can imagine
For Lenny the fantastic string beans over one foot long will live on and when we see them we will think of the you and the great times together and the knowledge you imparted to us
I miss you my friend
Everyday gets better the healing will occur however with such a large loss it is never easy. Our best wishes to Lena and the rest of his loving family
Sadly we are in canada hiking and will not be able to be present for the viewing, but are there in spirit

Words can not describe the sorrow we feel about the loss of this fun, loving man we have come to know and love from his warm friendship with our parents which quickly spilled over to all of us and our children. We are grateful for the memories of visits with Lenny and Lina in both Delaware and Cape Coral. He will be greatly missed by all. Cape Coral will never be the same without him and his bright smile. Rest in sweet peace Lenny. Until we meet again in the gardens of Paradise….. Gianna, Roseann, Lisa, Peter and families

Angela and family. We are so sorry for your loss. Lenny was the kindest and friendliest neighbor and friend anyone could have. He was always willing to help anyone with anything that was needed. We always looked forward to talking with him and he will be so missed in our neighborhood. Everyone who knew him knew what a special and kind man he was. The gardens in heaven will well tended to.

I cannot describe how sincerely heartbroken we are by hearing the news. You are an amazing man Lenny and our family felt so privileged to be your neighbors/family. Lena we love you and are praying for you and ask for God’s peace and comfort our hearts are breaking for you. Dominic loved you like a grandfather Mr. Lenny and Sarah and I loved you as a second father. You have known and been there through all of our families stages from marriage to the birth of our son Dominic. We are going to miss sitting on the driveway hearing the Italian music and just talking. You both mean more than I can put into words. You taught us so much about family, and what it truly means to be good to one another. You were an incredible person Lenny who could fix just about anything you helped me cut trees, plant new ones and give me advice on all kinds of things. Dominic was very upset when we told him the news. I told him you one of God’s special angels that will be looking over us all from heaven. God bless you Lenny I promise to always keep you alive in our memories. Thank you for everything we love you and are going to miss you dearly. Until we meet again Mr. Lenny❤️ Rest In Peace.

Words can not explain how sorry we are to hear of Lenny’s passing. Though we only became neighbors last winter, we felt we knew you much longer and spoke often of your return in the fall. Joe especially will miss your gardening advice, taking up a seat in the driveway to chat in the late afternoon sunshine and the card games! Our condolences go out to Lena and family. Lenny will be greatly missed.
