Linda L. Drakely

Ms. Linda L. Drakely, age 70, of Wilmington, DE, passed away on Wednesday, February 29, 2012.
Linda was born in Philadelphia, PA, on March 4, 1941, daughter of the late Lillian and Burton Parker. A graduate of the Albert Einstein Hospital School of Nursing in Philadelphia, she made her career as a registered nurse at Christiana Hospital, where she retired in 1995.
Linda devoted her life to caring for her beloved family and delighted especially in spending time with her beloved grandchildren. She was a devout Catholic throughout her life and a longtime member of Holy Family parish.
She is survived by her children, Frank Drakely and wife Jennifer, Aileen Rizzo, and Keith Montefusco and wife Sandra; and grandchildren, Frank Drakely, Lucia Rizzo, Anthony Rizzo, Nicholas Drakely, Alessandra Montefusco, and Sophia Montefusco.
Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 11:15 am on Tuesday, March 6, 2012, at Holy Family R.C. Church, E. Chestnut Hill and Gender Roads, Newark, DE, where visitation will begin at 10:15 am. Entombment will follow in All Saints Cemetery, 6001 Kirkwood Highway, Wilmington.
