4 Condolences for Loretta Frances Woods

  • The entire Woods family was an integral part of my upbringing and childhood, so I am quite saddened to learn of Mrs. Woods’ passing (there is no way I can ever call her Loretta). As a child, she always encouraged me to play their big yellow piano in Nottingham Green, and I attribute her to my piano playing to this day.
Mrs. Woods was the epitome of what was envisioned when they coined the phrase, “It takes a village to raise a child.”

  • We’re so sorry. Lori, we truly understand. Our hope is that the entire Wood Family will be Blessed. And I’m sure you’re Mother will be watching over the entire Wood Family. We Love You Woodsy and we’ll be here for you Always!

  • My thoughts and prayers are with the Woods family. Mrs. Woods was one of the special mothers in Nottingham Green. She always treated us like one of her own and always had a laugh and a smile for us. She would even cut the crust off the peanut butter and jelly sandwiches she made for us at lunch. All the kids loved her and were lucky to have her to help raise us.

  • My thoughts and prayers are with you all. She was a special person. She will truly be missed
