Marian P. Haller-Bacon

Marian P. Haller-Bacon, age 80, of Smyrna, DE, passed away on Wednesday, May 13, 2020.
Born in Philadelphia, PA on May 8, 1940 she was the daughter of the late James J. and Marian M. (Muldrig) Garvey. Marian worked as an office manager for Dr. Thomas McMahon for many years. She was a member of the Craft Club, Chat and Chew group and The Bunco Group. Marian volunteered for many years and helped with Operation Christmas Child. In her spare time, she was an avid card player.
In addition to her parents, Marian was preceded in death by her husband, John E. “Jack” Bacon; first husband, John A. Haller; and son, John J. Haller. She is survived by her children, Margaret M. “Meg” Kennedy (John) and Jeffrey M. Haller (Jennifer); brother, James T. Garvey (Mary); daughter-in-law, Esther Haller; and 9 grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian burial and interment will be held at a later date.
