Marina Lynn Ruffini

Marina Lynn Ruffini, age 54, of Middletown, DE, passed away on Wednesday, July 13, 2022.
Born in Dover, New Jersey, on June 20, 1968, she was a daughter of Sylvestro and Veronica (Lunardini) Ruffini. Marina spent her childhood growing up in Budd Lake, New Jersey and graduated from West Morris High School in Chester, New Jersey.
Marina was an avid baseball fan. She especially enjoyed her time spent at the EasterSeals Day Program. Marina loved shopping and doing arts and crafts. She was a cherished part of her family and enjoyed family functions, holidays and vacations with them.
In addition to her parents, Marina is survived by her brothers, Drew Ruffini, and John Ruffini (Kathleen); nieces, Camreon Ruffini, Jayda Ruffini, Samantha Swenty, and Taylor Sona; and many aunts and cousins. She also leaves behind her beloved friends and aids at a group home where she resided for the last 6 years.
A visitation for family and friends will be held from 6 pm until 8 pm on Tuesday, July 19, 2022, at Spicer-Mullikin Funeral Home, 275 East Main Street, Middletown, DE. A Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11:00 am on Wednesday, July 20, 2022, at St. Joseph Parish, 319 East Main Street, Middletown, DE. Interment will follow in Gracelawn Memorial Park, 2220 North DuPont Highway, New Castle, DE.
