Oley will be missed by so many. He was the head of his large family and so many extended family it is hard to count.
He was always good to me and I was blessed to have him honor me by walking me down the aisle in Las Vegas. Skip and I were so grateful to have him with us. He always loved a party and cruises he took with family and friends.
I have known him since I was 10 years old and told him I loved him and he returned that to me. He fiercely loved his kids but was willing to share his love with some of his extra kids. I am so happy to have known him and will miss him.

I worked with Terry, every day, for nearly 25 years. I only met his dad briefly on a couple of occasions, but remember Terry would always bring up things that his dad said, did, or taught him. It was an honor to attend the viewing, pay respects to a wonderful man and speak with Terry.

***Olof Olson was my father’s cousin. Olof’s father Victor Olson was born on Gotland in Sweden and emigrated to the USA West Virginia in 1904. I regret the sadness and that I did not get to meet my relative Olof before he passed away. It is only recently that I have been able to follow Victor Olson’s fortunes in West Virginia through genealogical research. Previously I have only read about him in some old letters from Victor and daughter Beatrice to my grandmother (his mother) and to my father Hilding Stahle.
Most likely, this message will arrive too late for a relative to be able to read it. But I would very much like to be in contact and have some letters, photos and family information about Victor Olson to send over if anyone is interested. (lassestahle@gmail.com)
