Pat and I became good friends when we first met at William Penn High School in the middle of our senior year. Pat could lighten any situation with her wonderful sense of humor, and sometimes we laughed together so hard we almost cried. Pat was always up for an adventure, too, and occasionally we would hop on a city bus just to see where it was going. In chemistry class we attempted to make rubies. Didn’t work, but we got A’s because we tried soooo hard! And no matter where we were in our lives we were always friends. My sympathy and love to all of Pat’s family and friends. We will all miss her, but I feel that when Pat left this earth, she was welcomed with at least as much love as she experienced here. Love you, Pat!
