Paul’s life was defined by his unwavering generosity, humor, and devotion to his family and friends. A man of many talents, he worked diligently for years to earn his status as a journeyman electrician and became a proud member of IBEW Local 313, where his technical skill, perseverance, and dedication earned the respect of all who worked alongside him. Always eager to learn and grow, Paul went on to earn an Associate’s Degree in Electronics from Delaware Technical College and later a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Goldey-Beacom College. Paul had a deep love for spending time with his family and friends. Whether he was cracking jokes to make everyone laugh, helping someone with a home improvement project, working on cars, or simply enjoying time together, he brought joy and light to those around him. His selflessness and kind spirit touched countless lives.
A man of Christian faith, Paul grew up attending New Life Alliance Church and later found fellowship at Love of Christ Church.
Paul is survived by his loving wife, Carol Roberta (Raffa) Miller; his children, Jeffrey Michael Liott (Lauren Liott), Timothy James Liott, and Jennifer Lynn Miller (Jacob Underwood); his cherished granddaughter, Aria Quinn Liott; and his sister, Cheryl Lynn Miller. Paul will be remembered for his big heart, quick wit, and playful sense of humor that could brighten any room. Our heart fealt condolences. Paul was as you said a true friend of everyone. Always optimistic and happy. He was always willing to listen and help when needed. Paul was always concerned about Jayne’s health and offered words of encouragement that has helped in recovery from her stroke ( as has Carol). Paul will truly be missed by both of us! May he rest in peace.

We are so, so saddened to hear of Reds’ passing. There are too many fond memories of him to count from our time working together at Acme, and they will always hold a special place in our hearts. He was one of a kind, truly, and will be missed by so many. Sorry we can’t be there to offer our condolences in person, but Carol, you and the family are in our thoughts, and we pray God gives you all the strength and comfort you need to navigate this difficult time. Lots of love, Michelle and Mark
