Randall “Shelton” Wyatt

Randall “Shelton” Wyatt, age 84, of Port Deposit, MD, formerly of New Castle, DE, passed away on Friday, December 23, 2022.

Born in Horsepen, Virginia on September 19, 1938, he was a son of the late Clarence Edward and Virginia Mae (Gillespie) Wyatt. Shelton worked for Amoco as a service station attendant and retired after many years of dedicated service.  He enjoyed puzzles, football and NASCAR racing.

In addition to his parents, Shelton was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Carol (Crabtree) Wyatt; brother, Carl Lee Wyatt; and sisters, Ann Wright, and Ruby Szymanski.  He is survived by his children, Archie Randall Wyatt (Dina), Danny Ray Wyatt (Regina), Robert Shelton Wyatt (Dena), and Virginia Ruthellen Tibbett (Mike); sisters, Kay Conley, and Doris Crabtree; 11 grandchildren, Danny Jr., Brian, Andrew, Erica, Kristen, Robert, Dusty, Tommy, Matt, Chris, Julianne; 7 great-grandchildren, Caleb, Isaiah, Cameron, Brycen, Harper, Adeline, and Jackson; and a host of nieces and nephews.

A visitation for family and friends will be held from 11 am until 12 pm on Monday, January 9, 2023, at Spicer-Mullikin Funeral Home, 1000 N. Dupont Parkway, New Castle, DE, where a funeral service will begin at 12 pm.  Interment will follow in Gracelawn Memorial Park, 2220 N. Dupont Highway, New Castle, DE.
